The story of us
Bronson is "The Dog I Got In My Twenties" and the one that really opened my world to all things dog. Having grown up with multiple family dogs, I figured dog ownership would be a breeze and brought home a tiny little baby Bronson as a fresh university grad. As he came into young adulthood, however, that proved not to be the case. Dealing with severe reactivity that seemingly came out of nowhere was a challenge, to say the least, and one I was not prepared to handle on my own.
We met an incredibly knowledgeable trainer who introduced us to the world of dog sports, specifically PSA, as a way to productively build up our handler-canine relationship. Fast forward a few years and the sport has brought us so many new friends and taught us so many new things.
It was only inevitable that my creative side would find a way to overlap with my passion for dogs, and Version Four Studios is the manifestation of exactly that. So, thank you for being here, and tell your dog I said hi!
